Michigan Attorney Aaron Larson |
| Description |
Civil Litigation
Our primary litigation focus is offering representation and brief writing
services for appeals to the Michigan Court of Appeals. We also offer
representation for business and commercial disputes, and for plaintiff and
defense counsel in personal injury cases. We have experience in a range of other
litigation matters.
Michigan Personal Injury Cases
We offer assistance with personal injury cases, primarily for plaintiff's
counsel. Mr. Larson has extensive experience in authoring and defending
potentially dispositive motions, and authored a toolkit for ICLE on the subject
of drafting and defending motions. His appellate experience is very helpful in
crafting appropriate legal strategies to preserve the record for appeal. Mr.
Larson also provides services in preparation for case evaluation, mediation,
arbitration and facilitation, where a thoroughly prepared and thoughfully
drafted summary can add significant settlement value to a case.
Michigan Family Law and Child Custody
We offer representation for a limited number of family law and child custody
motions and appeals, choosing to restrict the number of cases we handle in order
to ensure quality. Our primary focus is offering consultation for complex trial
issues, and representation for post-judgment issues and appeals.
Consulting
We provide quality assistance to other law firms and attorneys for Michigan
legal matters, including drafting and responding to motions, briefs and appeals.
